Lawmakers at the state capitol are still trying to hammer out an agreement on the budget and other key issues. Last week, Senate DFLers and House Republicans tried to move closer to an agreement to close a 439 million dollar budget deficit for the current 2-year budget. And the two sides are still trying to agree on several other issues like a transportation and unemployment benefits.
