Governor Jesse Ventura and Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig sat side-by-side today to offer competing versions of baseball's future to a Congressional committee. The House Judiciary Committee is considering legislation to revoke portions of baseball's anti-trust status. The move comes as the Twins face possible elimiation from the league. But neither Ventura nor Selig offered much hope to anxious Twins fans. Minnesota Public Radio's Michael Khoo is in Washington to cover the hearings, and has an update.
