It might become more difficult for international students to attend college in Minnesota. The FBI says some suspects and material witnesses in the September 11th terrorist attacks appeared to have entered the country on student visas. Some Minnesota schools say that could prompt changes in how the government issues those visas. Minnesota Public Radio's Patty Marsicano has more:
