Twin Cities voters have a lot of choices this year. A total of 38 people are running either for mayor of St. Paul or Minneapolis. Tomorrow and Wednesday night, MPR will broadcast debates with the leading candidates. And from now until the primary on September 11th, we'll also give you a chance to hear from the OTHER candidates. You can hear the Minneapolis candidates on Morning Edition and the St. Paul candidates will be right here on All Things Considered. Today, we hear from Reverend Devin Miller. He's the Executive Director of the Collaborative Movement for Improvement Incorporated, a social-service organization that focuses on improving educational, cultural and political opportunites for minorities and low-income families. The 35-year-old Miller is a Republican who has lived in St. Paul for 18 years. He says he's running for mayor to bring St. Paul's residents together.
