Target corporation has ambitious plans to double the size of its namesake discount chain over the next decade. The company hopes to achieve much of the growth in its relatively new SuperTarget division. SuperTargets add groceries to the store's traditional mix of merchandise. The first two Minnesota SuperTargets are slated to open at the end of this month in Shoreview and in Rochester. SuperTargets' entrance into Minnesota is prompting a major retail workers union to launch an organizing campaign. Minnesota Public Radio's Mark Zdechlik reports.
