The city of Saint Paul and the Target Corporation have reached a tentative agreement to spend 20 million dollars to remodel the Dayton's store in downtown St. Paul. The money would come from Target, the city and the state. As part of the deal, the corporation would agree to keep the store open for at least ten years.
