The Minnesota Attorney General's office advised Governor Ventura nearly two years ago that he is a state employee subject to conflict of interest laws. The memo was released during a legislative hearing today on whether the Governor must abide by the state ethics code, and whether his new XFL contract violates the code. Ventura says lawmakers who criticize his moonlighting have too much time on their hands. Minnesota Public Radio's Laura McCallum reports.
