It's been one full week since the ramp meter shutdown began. The metro area's 430 ramp meter lights were turned off so the state could find out what traffic would be like without them. Mike Sobolewski, Project Manager of the Ramp Meter Study for the Minnesota Department of Transportation speaks with MPR News.
