Last night Little Falls became the third Minnesota city to ban smoking in all its restaurants. Little Falls was actually one of the first Minnesota cities to look at a ban, but it took about eight months of discussion and one failed proposal this summer before the issue passed. Those in favor of the city council ban say it's a move that will help the health of the city, but some think local government shouldn't tell restaraunts how to run their business.
