Residents of Granite Falls are sifting through rubble and picking up debris after a tornado hit the town Tuesday night. About 300 homes were destroyed or damaged, almost one-third of all the homes in a town of 3000 people. Captain Monty Wandling is directing the Salvation Army operations in Granite Falls. It isn't the first time he's responded to a disaster like this; he also led the Salvation Army's response in St. Peter when that town was hit by a tornado two years ago.
