At a seminar today the education forum will address holding students, and schools, accountable for their performances. It will include a discussion of high-stakes tests. Margaret Goertz (Gerts-- like shirts) will participate in that seminar. She's a professor of education policy at the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education, and is on the line now.
