Twin Cities commuters who thought road construction was slowing them down ALREADY are about to see a major project start right in the heart of the Cities. Interstate 94 between Minneapolis and St. Paul will be closed completely over the weekends in July. Joining us to talk about the project is Kent Barnard (BAR-nerd), who's with the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
