Governor Ventura today made one of the last major appointments to his adminstration. This afternoon Ventura appointed Brooklyn Center resident Charles Nichols Chairman of the Metropolitan Airports Commission. Nichols is something of an unknown quantity at the Minneapolis /St. Paul airport.
