Lefse is a holiday tradition for many Minnesotans during the holidays. The state has a handful of lefsa manufacturing plants, making it arguably the hub of lefse production in the country. Minnesotans may take their lefse for granted, but for people in other parts of the country the treasured lefse can be elusive.
