Northwest Airlines CEO John Dasburg said today the airline is negotiating in good faith with its unions and he said he's confident once the remaining contracts are settled, Northwest will be able to restore award winning customer service. Dasburg spoke before members of the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce, but outside union representatives were skeptical.
