The Minnesota Orchestra is considering building an outdoor amphitheater in Brooklyn Park. Orchestra officials say the northern Twin Cities suburban location is attractive because there are thousands of acres of undeveloped land. Minnesota Public Radio's Dan Olson reports. audio . . .
