Today, Governor Carlson signed a bill designed to help Marvin Windows in its lawsuit against P-P-G, the maker of an allegedly faulty wood preservative. The Legislature passed the measure in a special session this week to clarify state law so businesses can sue other businesses for fraud. Dan Kleinberger teaches business law at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul. He spent six hours testifying on this matter during the special session.
