Governor Arne Carlson is calling lawmakers BACK to the state capitol on Monday morning for what he hopes will be a brief special session. Right before the regular session adjourned last week, the House refused to change a law to benefit the Marvin Windows & Doors company... and Carlson now says he wants the House to take that vote again. Minnesota Public Radio's Martin Kaste joins us from our Capitol Bureau.
