Last-minute tax filers in Saint Paul can flip on the TV tonight to see what kind of line awaits them at the downtown post office. The Saint Paul Neighborhood Network will do it's good deed once again this year by aiming it's cameras at the post office from nine to midnight. If you've already mailed your taxes, you can take in the latest spectator sport, watching OTHER people mail their taxes.
