Power nearly back on in St. Peter

When the tornado smashed through St Peter a week ago Sunday, it tore down seventy percent of the city's electrical system, leaving residents in the dark and cold. National Guard Troops quickly arrived to patrol the darkened city. Many of the guardsmen have returned home, but crews continue to restore power and other utilties to the city's residents. Minnesota Public Radio's LYnette Nyman reports.
