BUILDING INSPECTORS ARE CANVASSING ST. PETER ASSESSING DAMAGE TO HOMES AND BUSINESSES. THE INSPECTORS ARE LOOKING FOR ANYTHING THAT POSES A THREAT TO PEOPLE AFTER THE TORNADO. AFTER CHECKING FOR STRUCTURAL DAMAGE, INSPECTORS POST A PAPER TAG ON THE FRONT OF EACH BUILDING. A GREEN TAG GIVES THE "ALL CLEAR" TO THE BUILDING'S OCCUPANTS.
