Federal Emergency and Management Agency Director James Lee Witt will tour tornado-damaged areas of Minnesota tomorrow. FEMA representatives have been in the area ever since Sunday's storm assessing damages and assistance needs. FEMA's damage assessment is nearly complete. The agency could release that assessment tomorrow. In St. Peter, the town's hospital has reopened its emergency room. Dr. Bill Shores is a physician at the hospital.
