MANY RESIDENTS OF ST. PETER ARE SPENDING A 5TH NIGHT WITHOUT POWER SINCE SUNDAY'S TORNADO LEVELLED HUNDREDS OF UTILITY POLES, SMASHED TREES AND DESTROYED OR DAMAGED HUNDREDS OF HOMES. SOME OF THE HIGHWAYS INTO TOWN HAVE REOPENED BUT NATIONAL GUARD TROOPS ARE KEEPING OUT ALL BUT RESIDENTS AND CLEANUP CREWS.
