A new Minnesota Public Radio/Pioneer-Press/KARE-11 poll indicates most Minnesotans would favor steps to control the state's increasing wolf population. But those polled indicate they would not support a wolf hunting season. The federal government is in the process of removing the wolf from the endangered species list, and public attitudes will play a role in formulating a state management plan for the animals.
