Hate crimes and racism will be the subject of an open meeting in St. Paul this evening. Comunity leaders are calling for vigorous prosecution of those responsible for hate crimes. The meeting is a response to the alleged beatings of two black women in St. Paul by two white men on Martin Luther King Day. Minnesota Public Radio's Mark Zdechlik reports.
