This winter is on track to go down as one of the coldest winters on record. The price of fuel oil and natural gas is up significantly. And that combination is leaving thousands of people around the region unable to pay their heating bills. Nearly HALF of the U.S. Senate has petitioned the President to release hundreds of MILLIONS of dollars in emergency heating assistance to help people make it through the winter. Minnesota Public Radio's Mark Zdechlik reports...
