There are an estimated 600 THOUSAND cellular telephones in Minnesota and that number is expected to grow rapidly. As the number of cell phone owners increases, so too is the number of calls to 911. Dispatchers are getting thousands of calls a day and many of the calls ARE NOT true emergencies. The State Patrole is now looking into screening cellular 911 calls to make sure real emergencies get through. Minnesota Public Radio's Mark Zdechlik reports...
