Today was the first day of the 1996-97 school year. It also marked the first day of high school for the "Class of 2000." In four years today's 14 and 15 year old ninth graders will graduate at the beginning of the 21st century. Minnesota Public Radio's Mark Zdechlik spent the day at a new school to to find out what the school of the future looks like AND what kind of education the class of 2000 will end up getting.
