Stillwater Prison investigates how a prisoner-on-prisoner murder occured. The victim, Tom Segretti, was allegedly killed by Gary Goodwin, who was later acquitted. The Prison Investigating Committee wants tapes made during the initial investigation, now in possession of the attorney general. Chief Prison Investigator Bernard Becker says he will subpoena to get the tapes ... he needs them to find out how the prison's practices failed to protect Segretti. Washington County Attorney Robert Kelly says the tapes are still considered evidence and he needs them to prosecute other inmates involved in the murder. DMA import part of AAPP grant]
