After speech, Hart answers audience questions. Hart serves on the Budget, Armed Services, and Environment and Public Works Committees. He ran George McGovern's unsuccessful presidential campaign in 1972. Hart is a democratic candidate for president in 1984. Minnesota Meeting is a non-profit corporation which hosts a wide range of public speakers. It is managed by the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
