October 6, 2003 - MPR's William Wilcoxen reports that more than 55,000 fans crowded into the Metrodome only to see an 8-1 loss end the Minnesota Twins' baseball season. After winning the first game, the Twins scored only once in each of the next three games...allowing the Yankees to take the best-of-five playoff series three games to one.
September 18, 2003 - The Twins will be trying to sweep their three game series with the Chicago White Sox when the teams take the field in the Metrodome. With a 4-2 victory the previous night, the Twins fattened their Central Division lead over the White Sox to two-and-a-half games.
October 8, 2002 - The Minnesota Twins head into the American League Championship Series against the Anaheim Angels after surviving the threats of contraction and a players' strike.
